The ads come out every six weeks and are distributed around to the different counties at shopping centers, motels/hotels, restaurants, financial institutions, and traveler points. We also market in the local newspaper The Franklin County Citizen which is distributed every Thursday. Every week, we announce our new listings in the paper. Homes and Land is another magazine which advertises South Carolina property. Homes and Land covers over 15,000 communities. The Real Estate Book-Gainesville/Lake Lanier is digest size with full-color and coated paper. They manage the single largest collection of real estate listings and publications in the world.
We belong to the Upstate Multiple Listing Service and the I-85 North Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service in Georgia. All Real Estate Unlimited belongs to the MLS in both Georgia and South Carolina to provide the most exposure for your property to as many agents as possible. Your property will be entered into the MLS with several color photos within 24 hours of listing. Don't make the mistake of listing your property with an agent who is not an active member of MLS.
